We want you to be completely obsessed with your Juicy Couture purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Tracksuit

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
